consideration for my participation in the 2009 Member of
the Week Contest, I hereby irrevocably grant to the
Georgia Tennis Association Incorporated (“USTA
Georgia”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, successors,
assigns, and licensees, the worldwide right to use,
separately or together with others, my name, picture,
likeness and/or biographical materials, for the purpose
of, but not limited to, the USTA Georgia’s website for
the Member of the Week contest.
I hereby release and agree to hold harmless both USTA
Georgia from any and all claims of any kind which I, my
heirs, executors and assigns, may have on account of
participating in the Contest and the use of any
photographs, videos or any other media generated as a
result of my participation in the Contest.
I waive and release any and all rights and claims
against USTA Georgia and/or its employees for any injury
or loss suffered while participating in this Contest. |
