Title

Congratulations to our two 18U Georgia teams on a great tournament at the USTA Jr. Team Tennis National Championships in Mobile, AL, October 31-November 2!  The 18U Advanced wildcard team out of Lilburn City Park, Lilburn, GA, can be proud with an 8^th place finish in the entire country!  This was not the first trip to Nationals for this Lilburn team… in 2006 Captain Mondra DeRosa travelled with her team to San Diego, CA, for the 14U Advanced National Championships!  Not too many tennis players can say they have made it to Nationals two times in their entire lifetime!  Congratulations to all! 

Team Georgia from Cochran, GA, advanced as the 18U Intermediate State and Southern Section Champions to represent us at Nationals making it all the way to the finals!  Not only did they play great tennis they received the “Best Team Banner Award”!  Great teamwork all around!
